I understand and agree that my registration for classes or other educational programs, including but not limited to, experiential learning or study abroad, does not preclude the University from rescinding or amending any current rules, requirements, regulations or policies nor does it preclude the University from implementing any new or additional rules, regulations or policies that were not in existence at the time of my registration for any classes or other educational programs, and that the University specifically reserves the right to rescind, amend, or implement any rule, requirement, regulation or policy at its sole discretion, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any payment you have made unless specifically provided by a University policy or rule.
